Shipping Method:

Shipping logistics providers: DHL, UPS(usually), FEDEX and EMS

Processing time: After the order has been paid, the warehouse needs 1-3 days to process your order. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped. *Business Days Only 

Delivery Estimates: Within 7-20 days, delivery can take up to 30 days in some regions.（Shipping times are only estimates and unfortunately, cannot be guaranteed.）

We offer free shipping to all non-remote areas within the U.S.! However, please note that the following areas are considered remote and include: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Baker Island, Howland Island, Jarvis Island, Johnston Atoll, Kingman Reef, Phoenix Islands, Saipan, Midway Atoll, Nauru, Wake Island, and more.

For these remote areas, an additional $40 shipping fee will apply. 

How to Track Order:

**Note:

1.Please verify you have the correct shipping address on your order PRIOR to making payment as this is the address we will ship to. 

2.If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once processing begins, changes can no longer be made.

3.When encountering with force majeure, the processing of orders will be delayed. Nevertheless, it is ensured that your order will be processed in a fast manner when weather permits. 

4.In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.
